2) Respect privacy: Never publish personal data or private contact details of individuals.
3) Avoid doxxing and harassment: Target institutions and policies, not private individuals.
4) Safety first: If reporting could endanger people, pass info to journalists or NGOs who can handle it safely.
5) Record evidence: Keep links, screenshots, and citations for claims but redact sensitive details.
6) Use open, public data: Work with publicly available datasets and avoid illegal access.
